Intel Xeon E5-2407 vs AMD Opteron 3260 HE

The AMD Opteron 3260 HE is newer than Intel Xeon E5-2407 @ 2.20GHz, while Intel Xeon E5-2407 @ 2.20GHz is around 14% faster in multi-threaded (CPU Mark) testing but the CPUs have comparable single-thread rating.
