AMD Opteron 6128 vs Intel Xeon Bronze 3106

The Intel Xeon Bronze 3106 @ 1.70GHz is newer than AMD Opteron 6128 and is significantly faster in multi-threaded (CPU Mark) testing and is significantly faster in single-thread testing. However, AMD Opteron 6128 uses around 30% more power.
